We ask for at least a 2 weeks notice. If you cancel with in 2 weeks of the trip we require 50% of the total. If you cancel 1 week ahead of time we require 100% of the stay. This is because we have limited space as we strive to offer personalized care for every client.
We can hold the spot for 24 hours with out of being officially booked before we open it back up to other clients.
Booking our services is a binding agreement to honor our policies.

Overnight care in your home. Includes daily litter box, cuddle & play time, fresh water, treats and feeding based on your pets schedule. We strive to keep your pets on their regular schedule.
