How Do You Take Payment?
We take cash, Checks made out to Ohana Pet Care, and Zell. We can also send an invoice that can be paid with a debit or credit card.
What if we forget food for our dog?
We have in house food your dog will be put on. A small fee of $5 a day will be added. We also offer food pick up from a local store. The price for food and travel will be added to your total.
How late can I pick my dog up from boarding
You have until midnight to pick up before it is considered a additional day. We will charge a late pick up fee after 9pm
How late can I pick my dog up from daycare?
You have until midnight to pick up. A full day of daycare is 9 hours and a half day of daycare is up to 5 hours. Each hour over 9 hours is $5. We will charge a late pick up fee after 8pm
What happens if my dog destroys your personal property?
The owner is held responsible for all items damaged or destroyed by their pup. A fair and reasonable charge will be added to your invoice to help cover the damage. We do our best to keep all tempting items out of reach from pups.
What if you find fleas on my dog during grooming?
If we find evidence of fleas (flea poop, dead fleas or live fleas ect.) we will contact you but we must do a mandatory flea bath. The owners will be charged for a flea bath as well as an additional fee for us to do a full flea bomb of the facility to insure all our clients are protected and safe.
Do you have any cancellation policies?
Yes we do. Please view the bottom of the correlating page on our website for our cancelation policy for that service. All policies are subject to change. Booking our services is an agreement to our cancellation polices.
Will my pet's picture be posted on social media?
We assume all rights to post pictures on our social media pages. We will not disclose any personal information. WE would love for you to share the pictures we post of your pets as word of mouth is our most relied on way of growing our small business.
Do you have any waivers we need to sign?
Yes we do. We have a waiver for each service we provide. For first time clients the waiver will be sent prior to the service being provided. All waivers must be signed prior to the service starting or we can not provide the service.
