We accept cash, checks made payable to Ohana Pet Care, and Zelle. Additionally, we can send an invoice that can be paid via debit or credit card.

Your pet will be provided with in-house food for a small daily fee of $5. Alternatively, we can pick up food from a local store, and the cost of the food and travel will be added to your total.

Our latest pickup time is 9 PM; however, if pickup is after 7 PM, there will be an additional fee.

Our latest pickup time is 9 PM. A full day of daycare is up to 9 hours, and a half day is up to 5 hours. Each additional hour beyond 9 hours will incur a $5 charge. A late pickup fee will apply for pickups after 7 PM.

The owner is held responsible for all items damaged or destroyed by their pup. A fair and reasonable charge will be added to your invoice to help cover the damage. We do our best to keep all tempting items out of reach from pups.

If we find evidence of fleas (such as flea feces, dead fleas, or live fleas), we will contact you and perform a mandatory flea bath. The owner will be charged for the flea bath, as well as an additional fee for a full flea treatment of the facility to ensure the safety and protection of all our clients.

Yes, we do. Please visit the relevant page on our website to review the cancellation policy for that service. All policies are subject to change. By booking our services, you agree to our cancellation policies. These policies are also outlined in our waiver, which must be signed and returned before your service.

We reserve the right to post pictures of your pets on our social media pages. Rest assured, we will never disclose any personal information. We would also appreciate it if you shared the photos we post, as word of mouth is the most valuable way for our small business to grow.

Yes, we do. We have a waiver for each service we offer. For first-time clients, the waiver will be sent before the service is provided. All waivers must be signed prior to the service beginning; otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the service.

We are a majority cage-free facility. We do have cages available, but we only use them for dogs who are accustomed to being crated at home and only at the owner's request (such as overnight or when no one is home). If your pet is never crated at home, they will not be crated here.
This also applies to grooming—our grooming process is completely cage-free! Each dog is groomed straight through from start to finish, and once they’re done, they are ready to be picked up. Your pet’s comfort and well-being are always our top priority!
