Our cancellation/ reschedule/no show policy:

We require 50% of the groom if canceled with in 48 hours and 100% if canceled with in 24 hours of the appointment. Lastly we require 100% of the grooming fee if the appointment is missed as we can no longer fill that slot for our groomer.
 

 

We can hold the spot for 24 hours with out of being officially booked before we open it back up to other clients.

* If your groomers find any fleas and or ticks on your pet they are required to do a flea and tick treatment on your pet. This will be added to the grooming total. The price is based on severity.
